DAY-BY-DAY ITINERARY
 Day 01: Starting in Hong Kong
Upon arrival, check into the hotel on your own. The rest day is left open for individual activities on your own.

 Day 02: Hong Kong
You will take a half-day Hong Kong Island tour on your own by taking peak tram to mid-level of Central District then to Victoria Peak. Later visit Repulse Bay, Aberdeen and Stanley Market.

  Day 03: Hong Kong - Guilin
Morning is free for individual activities. You can wander the former British colony on your own. Take an afternoon flight to Guilin on your own and upon arrival, our guide will meet you at the airport. Check into your hotel.

  Day 04: Guilin - Yangshuo - Guilin
Travel to Yangshuo by cruising along the magnificent Li River which itself is the highlight of today. Upon arrival in Yangshuo, a brief country-road tour by bicycle will then be arranged. A local family will be somewhere along the road expecting your visit. For those who are less skillful of running a bicycle, you can take our electric car instead. Transfer back to Guilin. (Tips: Since the lunch on the Li River cruise can not meet your expectation, YangtzeRiverTour suggests that you have enough breakfast at the hotel today.)

  Day 05: Guilin - Shanghai
The truly magnificent scenery will be presented to you today as you visit the Reed Flute Cave, the Seven Star Park and the Elephant Trunk Hill. Take flight to Shanghai and transfer to the hotel. Dinner will be served at a fancy restaurant named Wang Bao He, which is the best place to sample Shanghai cuisine. The evening delight is the Portman Acrobatic Show held at the Shanghai Center Theatre.

   Day 06: Shanghai - Suzhou
One full day is to explore the Shanghai, including the sightseeing of the Shanghai Museum, the Yuyuan Garden and a cruise tour on Huangpu River. Take the soft seat train to Suzhou and transfer to the hotel.

   Day 07: Suzhou - Luoyang
A classical garden city will be presented to you today. The typical featuring sites we offered are the Tiger Hill, the Garden of the Master of the Nets and the Humble Administrator's Garden. Head for Luoyang by the overnight soft sleeper train.

   Day 08: Luoyang - Shaolin Temple - Luoyang
Your guide will meet you at the railway station. Visit the Chariot and Horse Pits, the Shaolin Temple and the White Horse Temple. Transfer to check in at the hotel. Breakfast is on your side.

   Day 09: Luoyang - Xian
After visiting the Longmen Caves, take the soft seat train to Xian and transfer to the hotel where a rich buffet dinner will be served for you in the evening.

    Day 10: Xian
Drive eastwards to visit the genuine Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses Museum. Lunch is scheduled at a decent Cantonese Cuisine restaurant in downtown. Afternoon delights include the visit to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the City Wall. Enjoy the glorious Tang Dynasty Dinner Show in Tang Dynasty Palace in the evening.

    Day 11: Xian
Continue the Xian city tour to visit the Provincial History Museum. After lunch at a well-known restaurant, visit the Great Mosque and a local family.

   Day 12: Xian - Beijing
Take flight to Beijing and transfer to the hotel. Included sightseeing today with your private guide starts in the Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and then a visit to the Temple of Heaven. Enjoy the noted Peking Duck Dinner at a famous restaurant, and then the Peking Opera performance at the Liyuan Theatre is scheduled.

   Day 13: Beijing
The truly magnificent Great Wall will be presented to you this morning. After a lush lunch at a fancy Sichuan cuisine restaurant in a nearby county, the afternoon's sightseeing takes in the Ming Tomb and the Sacred Road. This evening the dinner will be arranged at a fancy restaurant in the famous Wangfujing Avenue.

   Day 14: Ending in Beijing
After visiting the Summer Palace if time permits, see you off and our service ends here.
