Location
The city of Jiujiang in Jiangxi Province is a beautiful port city with a 2,200-hundred-year history. 'Jiujiang City' is actually an administrative district, a prefecture-city, with an area of about 18,823 square kilometers (4,651,264 acres). Lying on the north border of the Jiangxi Province, Jiujiang City fronts
Poyang Lake
in the east, faces the Yangtze River in the North, and backs on Lushan Mountain in the south. China's longest waterway connecting east and west - the Yangtze River - and China's longest railway connecting north and south-Beijing-Jiujiang - meet in Jiujiang City.
