Day 09: Badong - Xiling Gorge - Sandouping Today your eyes will be busy with endless breathtaking beautiful scenery as the ship sailing through the splendid Three Gorges, the Qutang Gorge famous for its natural spectacular landscape, the Wu Gorge known for its 'Twelve Peaks' and the longest Xiling Gorge. On the way, the ship will stop at Badong to have an interesting short floating along the Shennong Stream in small pea boat, rowing by the boat trackers between the well-wooden and cliffy hills. Then continue the sailing to Xiling Gorge and pass through the five-step ship lock. |

Day 10: Sandouping
Disembark at Sandongping to visit the magnificent Three Gorges Dam Construction Project, the world's largest hydroelectric project. You will be surprised at the sight of the sheer size of the dam and the exhibition hall with the Dam model. Continue your cruises to pass the eastern section of Xiling Gorge and the river guide will provide you with a narration. You will pass the ship lock of Gezhouba Dam after exiting the gorges at Yichang. The dancing and music performance will be arranged for you to enjoy yourself at 20:00 in the evening farewell party. |
