Jinsha Site Museum Open to Public on April, 16thPublished : 3:47 A.M. EST, Apr 18, 2007 With a grand opening ceremony, the Jinsha Site Museum in Chengdu City exhibiting the ancient Shu Culture is opened to public on April, 16th. Relics of three thousand years unveiled its mysterious and charming history of the ancient Shu Kingdom (221 - 263).Covering an area of 300,000 square meters (about 74 acres), the museum is comprised of a Relic Hall, an Exhibition Hall, a Relics Protection Center, a Garden Area and a Tourists Center with a floor area of about 38,000 square meters (9.3 acres). The relics displaying in the Exhibition Hall are a highlight of the museum which attracts most attentions. The Jinsha Site Museum opens every day from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with an entrance fee of 80.00 CNY per person. |
